Great customer service from Mr. Art that helped me out with my repairs from day **** to the moment he gave me back the car keys after a inspection together. I truly appreciate the support I received as well to keep my car in storage while I sorted out problems with the insurance companies. I would definitely refer Sam's Autoland to all of my family, friends, and coworkers! Thanks again!

I am very happy with the customer service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The parts and labor people are always working hard. The job done on my car was excellent. Art really made sure I was informed and I got my car back earlier that predicted!

My car was not fixed with replacement parts that were identical to the original. The hatch still does not close properly I believe because if this And the alignment not addressed . The bumper I was told no problem to recondition yet even after tear down was told that it would be re conditioned and the bumper had wet wax on it. I spent 2 hours of my time driving to u and back home. My car was thrown together . Not happy

I was not happy that my car was damaged while there for an accident repair and the assigned representative tired to return it to me and tell me to get it repaired with dealer because insurance was not going to convert it. And that prolonged the initial completion date by 2 weeks.
