My car was done early! It looked gorgeous. Art took great care of me. I got text updates every other day. My car was damaged pretty bad so to get the updates about the progress thrilled me. I was never feeling like I did not understand what my car needed and what they were going to do. I will recommend Sam's Autoland to everyone!

Oh! Please disregard! I accidentally hit "No." I am satisfied with my REPAIR experience. I think my car looks great and great customer service. Just one little thing which does not warrant a "No" at all is that I think maybe a little more care needs to be taken in keeping the interior of the car clean if it is especially light-colored. Thanks!

Friendly, professional staff. Office was clean and quiet. Kept me notified most of the time. Repairs done in a timely manner. Most of all, my car looked looked good as new! Pleased with the whole experience! Would highly recommend to anyone who needs any auto bodywork. One suggestion. Please inform the customers when the paint job is starting since it is the last thing to do. This will let them know we are approaching the "finish line" of the job. Thank you so much. There wss a screw and a piece missing. The piece was supposed to attached to the f err ont bumper. It was discovered after my husband examined the car. And the the front seat mat and break pads were dirty. We had to wait again for the to be done.
