Ren was great, kept us informed and made sure there was excellent quality control.

I left my garage door opener in the vehicle, that was loaned to me while mine was being repaired.

They were very fast and sent daily emails to let me know the status of my car. They completed the work in 3 days like they said. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

It was one of the best service experiences I have had. I was taken care of from the time I got there to the time I checked out. I even remember the service advisors name, Tamara, and I never remember service advisors names. Once my Allstate claims adjuster finished the estimate, I meet with Tamara she was patience with me. I was on the phone for working and at the same time trying to get my rental car. She walked me around the car to access damages and told me she would keep me posted while the car was being completed. I couldn't believe it she really emailed me at each stage of the process. I came in on a Saturday which was the only day I was available and she meet with me. She was even nice enough to meet me on her off day. We walked around the car and she went over ever item that was repair and showed me each item on the printout. The car looks amazing the body shop did an awesome job. I was very reluctant to have my car repaired at a shop that wasn't the dealership because of some bad experiences in the past. I will admit Abra Auto did an outstanding job all the way around. I was going to trade my car in, but I think I might keep it for at least another year. If I need you guys again, hopefully I want, I will definitely come back, and I will also refer anyone who ask. Great Job team Abra!
