The representative Ms. Tamara **** was awesome!!! She was very professional, knowledgeable, and confident. It is quite rare to all three attributes into one person, but somehow she did. Although I did not meet the actual technicians, the repair was efficient and professional I am glad I chose this shop, and in the unfortunate chance that I have another accident I hope and pray I can take it to you guys again. In order to retain the professionalism and competency of your representatives it would behoove you to give them a raise.

Completely satisfied until delivery of car was needed. Staff dropped the **** and had no idea or control over the situation. Dealt with up to 4 different persons concerning my car and information was not timely or accurately communicated to either me and/or insurance company. Too many excuses.
