everyone was very helpfuland very friendly at Abra I will highly reccomend them to my friends. If i have any thing negative to say it would be the enterprise rental agents are not very helpful or very friendly.

I would have been satisfied if you have taken better care of my new vehicle while in your possession. When I picked up the vehicle yesterday it had a dent on the door and multiple scratches on the driver side of the vehicle.

Jason did such a great job with my Toyota. I was updated everyday on the status of my car and I was given a detailed report. Jason truly did wonders on my car and I am incredibly grateful. I only have great things to say about Abra, the entire team was very helpful to me, and made my car repair process very enjoyable. The car looks brand new! Thanks again!

Tamara was extremely nice and followed up with me daily. My issue was not with her service at all but it is with the repair. The day I picked up my car, the check engine light went on, forcing me to bring back the car. However, after being told it was all set to go, the check engine light came on once again. I now have to bring my car back for a third time and get into another rental car. Very inconvenient and, being that this is the first time I've been to Abra (via AllState recommendation), I'm not leaving with much confidence in a decision to come back.

Everything was first-rate from the time I entered the shop to the time I left with my car! Ways I would describe my experience with Abra: accommodating, kind, bend-over-backward customer service. They even vacuumed the interior of my car, which certainly wasn't necessary but was a pleasant surprise. I could go on. One piece of minor feedback: during the repair period I spent a fair amount of time on hold. Minor annoyance, but once I was able to speak with someone, it was right back to stellar customer service. Thanks guys!

My car mats were missing when I collected my car. It coste aplroximAtely 200 bucks when I bought them from my vw dealer when I bought the car. Having a collision is a painful experience and having my car mats stolen is an absolute joke. Please return my car mats. Also when I collected my car I noted several areas where the work wasn't done properly. I had to wait another hour for abra to rework my car. Thinking that there is a qc process present at abra? That's another joke. I will never return to abra ever again.
