The insurance repairs look great. As much my fault as any - guess it wasn't clear I wanted all the scratches and dings taken care of while it was being worked on anyway and I had the rental car for the insurance repairs- When I dropped my car off, I thought the spots being marked were to show what was going to be fixed -- I didn't understand it was being marked as pre-existing damage that wasn't going to be worked on. Just miss communication nothing really that can be changed now. I didn't ask all the right questions.

I was referred to ABRA by my sister, who had used ABRA for her auto. After speaking with several companies I narrowed it down to two. ABRA was my final choice and am I ever glad it was. From the moment I stepped in for service I was provided with friendly, courteous and extremely helpful service. I loved that I didn't have to put them on my call list to follow up with them because they let me know daily what the status was. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and would use them again if I needed their services. You couldn't even tell how bad the damage was on my Acura RL. The paint match was wonderful too!

The repair itself was great, fine and wonderful. However, Abra's communication style seems to be lacking - greatly. Even though they had my cell phone and work numbers, they continued to contact my husband. I'm thinking that's because the USAA Insurance is under his name. I told them to contact me instead of my husband because it was my vehicle that was being worked on but that did not stop them from contacting him. Even after I gave them MY email address, the emails were still addressed to him. Here's a kicker: I had my date of service rescheduled because I was told that the Delavan location was looking for work so I brought in the car on July 22 instead of August 5th. The week of August 12 I received a phone call from the Delavan location asking ME where my car was! Correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't they have called the Madison store asking me where my car was? They were the folks who were supposed to get it to the Delavan location. Other than communication, my car looks great!

The Abra team went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Not only did they do a great job fixing my bumper, but they sent me home with a clean car inside and out. What a great surprise! This was my second time using Abra and I won't go anywhere else.
