I had to reschedule my appointment 3 times due to the glass people either unaware of the appointment or because the wrong glass was ordered . I bought a gas gift card for my girlfriend who was inconvienced as she was kkind enough to pick me up and drop me off.
I would expect some a business that has provided below par service to compensate their customer as well. Some suggestions would be: offer free windshield wipers , lower the cost of the installation, gift card.

Dear Abra,
First, I'm not satisfied with my experience. I felt rushed at the front office with the paperwork, my car took longer than expected because there was a flaw in the paint job and needed to be repainted, and lastly I noticed a dent in my "Finished" tailgate this is unacceptable, and I want this resolved.

When I would call to see about the status of my vehicle the staff at ABRA would be very reassuring that my car was in good hands. Once my insurance gave the go ahead the Repair work went relatively quick. Car repair can be a great inconvenience, but ABRA made the situation bearable with their excellent service. ontheroadagain
