Im very satisfied with the costomer serves they provide me with. Love the texting update send to me every other time they have news for me. Please keep that service for your costumers. Its helps for those that are busy and cant answer the phone.

Very disappointed with the overall communication through the repair process. I had to reach out to the staff for updates and when i made contact, i was informed they would call be back which never happen. On the day of pickup, the repair was not fully completed. There were noticeable scratches on the left side of the vehicle. The level of service that was provided was unacceptable, I will not be bring my vehicle back, nor will I recommend your company to friends or family. I will be making a formal compaint with Geico soon and will be giving you guys a negative rating on yelp.

My experience at Pacific Elite was nothing short of amazing. The staff was amazing, friendly, and hilarious. The work on my car took only a few days and the job was done perfectly. To top it all off, they washed my car and even detailed the inside (which was a terrible mess to begin with). I can't even explain how great of an experience I had here. I would absolutely refer all of my friends here and I'll be returning myself if I ever need any more body work (though fingers-crossed I won't have to).

The car is is excellent shape. My only strife is that my cars pickup time and date was rescheduled twice and I wasn't notified in a timely manner so I had already turned in my rental before necessary.
