Cx service is amazing. But the only thing that needs work is requesting for a callback, there were a few times when the receptionist states that she will send the message to whom ever was requested. But it was Either I call again for another call back or I wait it out for few days to receive one. Repair looks good, but I just received my car back so I'm not entirely sure as of yet.

I think that the staff and service at pacific elite was exceptional. Mike who handled my claim was extremely Efficient and left me with no questions. Pacific elite will continue to have my business anytime I need body work and would gladly recommend pacific elite to anyone who needs car service.

It took over a month and that was a little disappointing. It would have been better if i wasn't given false pick up times every week. Every time i called in the "day of pick up" the car wasn't ready and I was informed it would be another week. It would have been nice to know this in advance. David however, was very helpful when I picked up the vehicle, and I know he was trying his best to get it delivered on time.

Mike was the gentleman that worked with me the entire time my vehicle was in your care. He kept me updated on the progress of the repairs.
