To begin the repairs were supposed to take 12 days and the car sat on the H&V lot for 28 days before finished. We were told on the March first that all repairs were complete yet we never recieved the word of completion till March 7th. There is new chipped paint on every door where it opens. We were told on March 2nd that it just needed to be detailed and was getting detailed on the 3rd and could be picked on Friday March 3rd. Mind you Friday March 3 rd it the 3rd date we recieved saying it would be complete. Come to find out when I called monday the 6th it had not been detailed the roof was not assembled and they were finishing up the carpeting on the inside roof, and to top it off the glass was no in yet and that was supposed to be the only big repair. Also after looking at personal photos of the car before it went to H&V there was led damage then they stated occurred. I am almost positive they created false damage to increase their insurance quote. We were also notified on March 6th that there was even more damage done to the roof rails in the rear passenger side, the branch that fell on the car never came near that area. To continue with this they claimed that the frame was bent the branch that hit the car and caused the damage was 3 inches in diameter and weighed less then 10 lbs. So knowing this we are pretty positive damage was created or made up by H&V shop in Queensbury. Needless to say we will not be recording anyone to your shops ever nor will we ever allow any of our vehicle to be repaired by your shops. Thank you for holding our car for 28 day to when all we needed was a new windshield and 3 hours with a PDR kit and pulled the 2 dents that the branch crated out of the car. Maybe your shops should invest in a PDR kit instead of replacing the entire roof, then ordering the wrong color roof and instead of getting the right color, which would have been quicker, paint it but then wait 15 days to paint it. This is truly the worst experience with a shop I have ever had I hope the manager and staff there are repromanded, because I am not the first person to say this about this shop and I gave you all the benefit of the doubt by letting you work on my car but the rumors were true. They don't take care of the cars while they are in the shop, they work slowly, that creates false labor and jobs on the vehicles, and they don't care about the client needs. Lastly when they "detailed" the car, they did not put the floor mats back in place just left them piled in the middle row and didnt even clean the back row where they folded down the seat and stored everything. I was very patient with them. My door was wrong first then the paint had to be redone. That was fine I didnt mind however others may be impatient. Everything was great on outside but opening drivers door I noticed white paint on my seat. Im not complaining, I just want to bring to their attention so they are more careful. I dont think someone with an expensive car would like that. Everything else was great. They kept me updated and friendly staff. Great customer service.

My incident happened on Jan 25 and I got my car back on Jan 28. Granted you deal with hundreds of accidents, but this was MY accident and although minor, it was very upsetting to me. When I took my car in for the initial damage assessment I was greeted by Tim ****, the Geico rep, who assured me that I was in good hands. He explained the process and got started immediately. I left my car there and was provided with an Enterprise rental . I didn't have to do anything. Repair updates were sent to me via email on a regular basis. Complete transparency. Hopefully I'll never need those services again, but in the event that I do, they would be my first choice. They made an unpleasant experience tolerable. The only painful part was paying the bill!

When I picked up my vehicle the head lights switch was left on.. I went in an asked if they had a jump pack an they assisted in jump starting my truck, but blamed it on a bad battery.. I'm a mechanic, I work on all types of vehicle for a living, I not happy I get tried to be made like an idiot...now cause my battery was dead my door locks don't work and driver side window don't work... I have to reset my bcm...
