The car was not completely repair when I was notified it was ready for pick-up on Tuesday the 6th. I left the car for the repair to be completed. It is Friday now and no word as to the status but a number of emails suggesting I have picked up the car and the process is finished. You still have my auto.

Most of all... job well done!!! It looks excellent!! But I must tell you how very pleased I was with the daily updates on my car! I am 70 years old and I have never experienced such wonderful personal service!! I will enjoy my car for many years to come because of you! The repair was done properly and the technician explained everything to my satisfaction. There was a minor paperwork problem in that I was given someone else's Certificate of Guarantee, but that was quickly corrected.

Have left message for GEICO adjuster. Breaks not working as well, grinding noise when I make right-hand turn, and turn signal acts like it is on speed. Add to this the fact International dented my rear door while in shop (which, although now fixed, doesn't show much car for the vehicle).

I was told it was a 4 hour job and car would be ready in ****-2 business days but car took 2 weeks and no car rental was offered. Also prices for non-related accident repair was double what was quoted and I will be disputing charge (quoted 66 and it was 120). Please call Larry (****-****-xxxx)

The Geico official was very pleasant and professional. The enterprise official was also pleasant and professional. The only problem occurred when we returned to pick up our car. It would not start. We had to be jump started and run the car without stopping. It looks like the car was either left with the lights on or the radio played for hours to drain the battery. We look forward to receiving our 50.00 deposit back having returned the rental in the same condition and gasoline amount we found. How long does it take to return the deposit? Otherwise our car was repaired and we are happy with the results. Thank you.
