Every one we dealt with from the receptionists to the insurance adjusters treated us with curtesy, kindness and dignity, which made an unpleasant situation for us as painless as it could possibly be. And from what we can see, the workmanship was outstanding.

The staff was very polite and helpful. However, when I started my car I noticed a warning light for my tire pressure was on. That was not on days prior when I dropped my car off. Later that same day, I discovered there was a nail in my tire. I had to pay to get my tire repaired after having just paid a copay to get my car repaired. I am certain this occurred while my car was at International Collision and not in my possession. However, since I drove the car off of the lot and did not bring it up to staff, I figured they would likely argue that I had no proof and refuse to reimburse me for the cost of the tire so I simply let it go. I was also slightly put off by the small window of time you are open on Saturdays. I explained to the representative over the phone on Friday that since I do not live in or near Rockville, it would be difficult to get my car unless it was during the work week. It was not ready for pick up on Friday by 12pm as I was told it would be so I was unable to pick it up on Friday. When I called on Saturday, no one answered the phone so I did not bother to make the drive up there. Overall, I had a good experience and would utilize the international collision centers' services again in the future.

The email updates were great until the day it was supposed to be done, then they stopped and I had to call for an update. On Monday I called for an update and no one returned my call. It was until I called back on Tuesday to find out that my car was finished.

you kept me abreast of the progress of the repairs. This is my third visit for repairs and every time I receive a good service. Now the service is guaranteed until I hold the car - I am happy. My cay is always clean when I receive it. One comment: you may wish to consider giving a lead time to the client to pick up the vehicle. Say, when the car is almost ready, call the client to say the car will be ready between this hour and that hour. The client can then make arrangements to pick up the vehicle with sufficient time.
