I was very happy with the repair. The adjuster, Dennis McLendon, was very professional and clear of what would take place and when to expect my car to be completed. Communication was excellent, as was coordination with rental car company. When I picked up the car, there was a problem with the speaker not working (there was no way they could have checked, as the aftermarket radio was not marked on/off). They took it back to the shop right away and took care of it right away. Everything works great. I would not hesitate to use International Collision again. Thanks!

Eli was terrific and your technicians did a great job. I can't find the spots where my car was unfortunately hit by rocks. I know ridiculous! And on New Year's Eve. The paint job looks wonderful too. Thank you!

Repairs completed as promised and by projected date. All repairs appear to have been done in an excellent manner. My Hyundai Santa Fe looks as good as new. The very competent, helpful, and friendly staff at International Collision kept me constantly apprised of the status of the repair work. Glad I had GEICO insurance.

Your service went beyond regular car repair. I liked the fact that emails were sent to let me know what was going on within the process. Mostly, what I liked is not only was my car returned within a timely manner it washed and cleaned. Outstanding service!

My vehicle was not clean when handed over to me rather no care was taken to keep it clean as it is brand new vehicle. Secondly I was not informed well in time to pick my vehicle.

Very pleasant to deal with adjuster and repair people. I was very pleased with the work and the updates kept me informed about the progress. I was quite happy to have the bonus of my headlights being clear again. The Starbucks card is also a very nice way to thank customers.

I wasn't totally completely satisfied. Your new notification system is a joke. Once my car was brought in and an estimated completion date was entered into the system, nothing ever changed until I called the day before the notification system said that my car would be ready to find out what time I could pick up my car. Then all of a sudden I was told that no, my car wouldn't be ready the next day, it would be at least another week since you were still waiting on the one and only part that had to be replaced. After the update, I received absolutely NO contact from International Collision until my car was ready.

Impressed with how easy the whole repair process was. The young man who met us at pick-up to go over all the paperwork was very professional and courteous. AND a Starbucks card?? Nice bonus!

not a complaint, just an observation....because I didn't expect the car to be ready until Tuesday according to the 'forecast", I wasn't monitoring the contact sources for information to pick up the car in half the time.
