Any time you have an accident and have damages it is not a great feeling. But ICC and GEICO made the process easy and pleasant. I appreciated the time that ICC took to listen to my concerns when we went over the car at the beginning. I also appreciate them taking care of a couple non-accident related COD items at my request. Upon pickup we noticed a new scratch of 2+ inches and ICC quickly agreed that it was new and fixed it on the spot, then even gave me a $50 discount off the agreed upon price that included the insurance deductible and the COD items. Of course we will give the car some time to make sure everything is running smoothly but the process itself was as pleasant and painless as it could be. I appreciate the level of professionalism, attention to detail, and skill in taking care of my car. Thanks again.
