I got my wife's car back Friday after having the rear bumper replaced. I wasn't expecting to have the sport pkg below the bumper repainted but you did. Now the entire rear of the car looks like new. Thank you for doing a wonderful job. My wife loves it. Rick DuPont

The repair looks great but there needs to be more support for the front office in the San Mateo shop. Katie did the best she could managing the communication on my car repairs with myself and my insurance company but she needs help in the office for a seamless customer experience. Oftentimes I was repeated calling back to check on the status of my car or connecting my insurance company with the front office. Thanks.

The young lady who helped me was thorough and kept me appraised of what was going on, the timeliness was great and the car looked fabulous when I got it back. The repairs are perfect and the cleanliness of the car was amazing.

The car repair was stressful experience because there were so many factors and delays involved. Katie was very helpful at every step, and made it easier to handle. Chilton could improve upon the communication of correct status rather than changing the status at the last minute. But Katie's help and flexibility made the experience bearable.

Poor to no existent update. 22 days was excessive for the repairs performed. Pick up the car and some components are missing. Outrageous. Please know I will never, ever do business with Chilton again.
