Work was done well. Service by the front office was outstanding. Katie, Lauren and Christian did a great job communicating status of work, coordinating rental car etc. Will not hesitate to use and refer Chilton's SM Location to anyone and everyone.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service from the very beginning. The facility was great, customer service was awesome, and the repair was as well. Because of the great service and expertise I felt like I was in good hands. The warranties are incredible. The guys went above and beyond when my repair was over. My car was fixed and I inquired how to remove a sticker and within 4 min the dealer sticker was removed. Kelsey is running a great show and it does not go unnoticed! No one has time to deal with car issues but you guys made it a really great experience. The Uber was icing on the cake!

Your work is excellent, but your inability to keep to the times we agreed you would start the work and then the repeated delays in the times you assured me for completion were inconvenient and interfered with personal plans and commitments I had.

I think there were a lot of extenuating circumstances why I'm not satisfied. First, i was promised the car on January 5th, then 3 more times before I finally tried to pick it up today. When I got in the car, the engine light was on and the car made a strange ticking noise. I couldn't drive it away. Although your crew got me to Enterprise quickly as I had kids to pick up at school, I didn't understand why you said the car was ready for pick up when the engine light was on. I was told your mechanic tested the car and it was low on oil. I don't understand why you didn't fix this. Or at the very least, call me and ask me if my car had an engine light on before the accident. It didn't.
