First, I am glad that my AAA insurance referred me over to them as their first choice in San Mateo. Lauren of Chilton oversaw the repair of my Nissan Rogue, and she was a pleasure to work with; she made my experience with Chilton nice and smooth. Overall, Chilton was professional and they finished my car 2 days ahead of schedule. Also, in regards to schedule, Chilton keeps you updated via email if that's your preference, and for me I did prefer email correspondence, as it was very helpful in allowing me to continue with my work week: from the intake of the vehicle, and their handling of the rental car in conjunction with my insurance, and then with the pick up of my vehicle they continuing to handle the rental car. So, not only did they do excellent auto body repair on the vehicle they also made my experience virtually seamless. Zac Sawdey Local 617 International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers

The WHOLE experience was smooth and great, much better than I had expected relative to past auto shop experiences. I like the daily auto email update about status and whether it is still on schedule. Staffs are also super friendly and professional, folks like Hugo, Katie, and Lauren. Thanks!!

I was disappointed to see that the repair was done wrong and the scratches were still on the car. Luckily I spotted it and pointed it out so they fixed it. I was also disappointed to see a dent on the side of the passengers side I pointed it out and it got fixed as well. Overall the end product looked fine.
