I am very appreciative that the manager made the process of taking care of my car so easy. He indicated that the team could take my car right away the day I was there for an estimate. The office staff members ( Hugo and Katie ) were very courteous and friendly.The manager promptly called the car rental office so that I would have a vehicle to use while my car was in the shop. He explained clearly the process and all of the policies regarding my car repair. I received by email a detailed estimate and expected finish date, and was able to simply sign off via email on the proposed work. I was absolutely delighted to get their phone call two days earlier than expected that my car was ready for pick up,and there was my car, right in front of the shop, looking brand new. The paint job was completed perfectly and my car was washed and cleaned inside as well as outside. I really appreciate Chilton 's no hassle guarantee for their work. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

People were nice and professional. Car was delayed a day which required us to rent a car for a day. Found the spoken word verses the email confirmation completion dates differed. Seems a little too much cya, and disengenous. Good people though.
