Though I am more than satisfied with the work, service and promptness, one thing that could have been improved is to explain the rental process little more in detail. Though you were aware that AAA has agreement with Hertz, you had sent to Enterprise which caused confusion and frustration. It could have been made little more transparent that you prefer enterprise where as AAA prefers hertz giving me a choice choose.
