The young girl working in the office is one of the rudest people I have come in contact with and she is the face of Koons Auto Body. Plus I have never done business where I was sent inside for the person to go over my car before they took my car and then when I picked up my car no one walked around my car with me to ensure that I was ok with everything. I will make sure to leave feedback on any website and/or Facebook page that you have. I am not a happy camper. Plus non of the paperwork was gone over with me. Burt again the young girl just handed me a little folder of papers and said nothing.

Larry at the Auto Body Shop was very professional, kept us informed frequently on the progress. He found a problem with the windows not associated with the accident that was under warranty and had the Koons Service Dept. fix. The car was ready for pickup a day earlier than expected. Very pleased with the Koons overall service. The car looks brand new. Many thanks from a loyal Koons customer.

Very professional and helpful. The car looks brand new! The text updates were fantastic until the repairs exceeded the first expected completion date. After that, I had to call for updates and the texts were only updated after I called. So, if I had to give you any constructive criticism it would be to look at making your text update system more fluid and dynamic to deal with repair extensions. Other than that, I'm very happy with the shop and if I ever need body work again I will return without hesitation.

Larry was great. He was patient, considerate and kept me well informed. I think GM could have done a better job of getting parts to you, but do appreciate that they Joyce Koons dealership provided me with a car when my insurance rental ran out. Thank you for my car new again.
