Lady at the reception iwas very rude , i was standing there at the counter and she didn't had the courtesy to ask donuou need help, and when i asked her that is she free her reply was why in a rude way. Didn't like the attitude. Inwas regular customer at the Honda service for my car maintenance, now because if this bad experience i will never go back to Joyce Koons for any kind of service.

Will share pictures and comments later. Spot on hood and drip. Two scratches not noticed before on passenger side. Missing section off rubber on luggage rack. some kind of compound on sun roof. Missed dent inside driver door. Small paint dings not noticed before storm- in many places. Cracked plastic roof panel. Other marks question if from storm or from repair. Paint rough below grill. Rubber dimpled several places think was replaced. Too many things. Would like to meet with an adjuster.

The chrome trim by both side mirrors is not lining up with the other window trim. The window trim on the door looks bowed.

It was great kept up to date on the repairs. Car was ready even faster than promised. The staff was great. I will always use koons in the future if I ever need additional body work .
