Took longer than estimated ... Which was already 3 weeks. Had to turn around and go back after finally picking up. Something stop Does not sound / feel right. However, all staff I came into contact with were helpful and professional ... Certainly making customer service a priority.

Seriously, I really appreciate all that you all did to complete my car this week. My daughter was depending on it and you made it happen. The job came out great too. Thanks Glenn

Love the Staff. The work was done very well. Everyone was very professional. Mike was a joy to work with. But I have a grease stain on my seat. I did inform Mike and the manager said bring it in and they will try to clean it. They don't know when or how that happened since they use plastic on the seats. I think someone forgot. I hope they can clean it! I would recommend this shop because they were wonderful and the body work was great. I'm just not happy with the stain.

I refused to accept delivery on my vehicle. Despite warning my Koons rep that I had a bad experience with my last auto body work I wasted 2 hours of my Saturday coming to pick up a vehicle that had multiple issues...most all of which I warned about before selecting Koons. There was overspray in multiple places; marks left from prying off pieces; new trim loosely attached; old trim piece lying in between the seat a four on the other side of car; my few month old vehicle was filthy inside - covered in ship dust with apparently little to no effort to clean it and the cabin now smells like chemicals. I cannot understand how a vehicle would not be sealed off to prevent all of this....dust in every crevice and a horrible smell!...as a standard, common-sense practice. This is entirely unacceptable and I struggle to understand how any customer would accept delivery on their vehicle with this sort of work effort. Not that it should be necessary, but I specifically discussed some of these things ahead of time and despite being specifically assured there would be no such problems, most of what I was concerned about was sadly there when I came to pick up. Essentially, exactly what I tried to avoid - I could not have done anything more.

It took longer than initially told which 3-4 days and it took 5 days. It looks great and I did get my car back just in time. Thanks. I loved the daily updates - it was a great touch for communication.

I am a repeat customer with Joyce Koons Auto body. They do a great job and I have recommended folks seek them out when they need something repaired on their car. The shop is well organized from the ladies working the counter to the rep assigned to stay in touch with you thru the process. The communication is great and questions are always answered. The result is a great looking car!

Quick and efficient

You guys did a phenomenal job fixing my Rogue. Only one ting that would really have helped... You told me it would be ready on the 5th. This morning at 9:14 you sent this message: Update: Jennifer your Nissan is happy here! Why? Because we are taking good care of it until it comes home on 04/05/2016 05:46 PM. Joyce Koons Auto Body. Then this afternoon just before 4pm I get a call that the car is ready. I was on a meeting call and has another meeting scheduled. But I was told I need to pick the car up before 6pm or first thing in the morning. So I had to excuse myself from the two meetings and rush to enterprise to return the rental. It really would have been good to have gotten a heads up when the parts came in.

Everyone was courteous from start to finish. My repairs were completed ahead of schedule. And BEST of all, my car looks brand new!
