The receptionist Jaime, is rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. If it wasn't for the nice woman who checked me out when I picked up my car, I wouldn't be back. Jaime's attitude ruins the entire experience.

When we picked up our car there were many mechanical and electrical problems that had not been fixed. We had to drop the car back for more repairs the next day.

Exceptional experience overall. Everything happened the way I was told it would happen, the staff was very friendly and kindly answered all my questions. It was so wonderful that they also cared about my car being completed before the January '16 blizzard so I wasn't inconvenienced.

Agreed replacement of trim not done. They apologized for forgetting. Part to be ordered. I will have to go back again to get it installed. Wish it would have all been done in one visit.

The whole process was easy-I was continuously updated on the progress, repairs were fast, and my car turned out beautiful. Everyone was super friendly and my rep Mike Poston really seemed to care about my thoughts and fears. Special thanks to the manager Andrew for making sure I was taken care of.
