Took over 5 weeks for body work only - no structural damage; had to fight to get them to check out the front where I was pushed into another car; and Andrew (mgr) was rude with comments like "we have other cars you know" and "we can't schedule the cars that are towed in". (So I was to schedule when someone was to rear-end my car?) How about some customer service to make the customer feel like they are important to their business instead of his 'you are in my way' attitude? I bought the car from this dealership, but will never again use their repair shop.

Nice job on the repair. Unfortunately my experience was marred by the fact my car was backed into a cement pole. Thankfully the manager readily rectified the situation.

Half of the car repairs were not completed despite countless written and verbal reminders. I have been inconvenienced for an additional week because of this lack of communication and breakdown in your system. These shortcomings have been passed on to the customerecord without any regard. This is typical of the service industry as a whole in the greater Manassas area. Nothing can replace a customers time and loyalty. This is outright scabby customer service and should be addressed at your highest management level.

All around great experience with Joyce Koons Auto Body. The staff was friendly and very responsive to my calls. They sent periodic texts and calls to let me know the progress of the repairs. Larry and Andrew (both fellow 'Vette owners) were sympathetic to my car's damage. That said, the technitions and outside vendor (for clear bra replacement) did a fantastic job as I'm sure they do for everyone. The shut lines and gaps are spot-on, clear bra looks outstanding, and the paint match looks like it came off the Bowling Green assembly line. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

It seems like any time I need to get anything serviced (car or otherwise) there are always some customer service or quality issues that come up...I had absolutely no issues with Joyce Koons auto body and everyone from Larry to the folks at the front desk made the whole process VERY easy for me. I am completely satisfied with everything about this shop and without question will be taking my vehicle here in the future (as well as recommending it to other Honda owners). Thanks to you guys for making a stressful experience as easy as possible.

The time the body shop took to repair my car was very very long!!! I even called if they could finish it a day or two earlier because I needed the car for personal reason but that did not happen! The quality of work looks fine but the time it them to finish it is surprisingly very long!

Every thing was great. Everyone from the front desk to the inspector and the folks who worked on my SUV. The work is fantastic, can't even tell I was in an accident. Great work, and will recommend your shop to all.
