Called and told my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Took time off from work to get it. When I looked at it I could immediately see two things wrong. I had to leave my vehicle there so they could complete the repairs because it was not done correctly the first time. I don't appreciate having my time wasted especially when I had to take time off from work.

Everything, from Towing the vehicle from the accident through Completion of the Repair Work and Delivgery of the vgehicle was done Professionally, Efficiently, and courtesly. Keeing me informed of the progress of the repair work is a very nice touch. I could not be more pleased.
