Everyone was very professional and explained the whole process, I had to go to work snd was dropping my car off. I was waiting for Enterprise to pick me up and they were late. Margaret kept checking on them until they arrived. I felt like someone was watching out for me. Thank you it was a good experience.

No one came out to go over my truck with me, it was dirty inside from the body shop dust , and some blemishes on the body work

Everything was well repaired to a like new condition. The insurance company wanted to use an aftermarket replacement bumper that didn't fit and caused a delay (no fault of koons); however, it would have been nice to get a phone call explaining the delay in addition to the text message. I called to confirm the delay and Jason explained why and took care of calling the rental car and insurance company for the longer duration for having the rental car. Overall good experience, will probably return for future auto body work.
