I like that I received updated text with my cars progress along the way. They ended up being a day behind schedule, which was a slight inconvenience but overall the staff was very helpful and professional.

This is the second time we have had a car repaired there. Office staff is super nice and always very welcoming. Estimators are extremely nice. Work done seems to be good. Only thing was I got an email from automated system before Jason was able to give me a call. We are totally pleased.

I can't say enough about the quality customer care we received from mike Ashcraft and his team. We received constant email updates throughout the whole process. Mike explained exactly what they would be doing and why. He is honest, thorough, and follows through on anything he says. I will always choose Koons auto body for me and my friends. Quality work! My car looks and runs great.

Mike ws very helpful. When we called that the car still had a leak he got it looked at right away and took care of talking ins co when we needed rental car again. When they couldnt find the cause of one of the problems he took care of getting it to the car dealer for us. So that We didnt hv to deal with any hassles at all

The people at Joyce Koons Auto Body treated me with respect and integrity during this otherwise stressful period. The "unpleasantness" of dealing with inconveniences during the aftermath of an accident is frustrating enough without having to deal with the haughty "us vs. them" hardness typically associated with the Auto-Body industry reputation. --Thanks!--
