The work you did was great and the service by larry was as well. My only complaint is that there was a partial scratch left from a non related incident that could have been offered for fixing at cost to me but it wasn't. A bit disappointed cause I guess I expected that level of service from Joyce Koons. But work on damaged portion that was involved in a hit and run and covered by my insurance is flawless and so was the support and help from Larry.

I liked that the texts kept me up to date on the status of my car, and the personal follow up from Larry was very much appreciated. The fact that I could actually talk to someone about my car when it was finished was a definite plus. My experience with Joyce Koons Autobody was a very satisfying one everyone was very professional, and my car was done even sooner than expected. I will definitely recommend Joyce Koons Autobody to all my friends, and family.
