All the staff at Joyce Koons are very courteous and friendly. They sent me updates everyday via text providing the status of my car repairs. Once the repairs are done, my car looked more than like a new car. The detailing they did on the car is excellent. Very pleased with their service.

Car bumper has gaps. Chrome piece connected to bumper was not replaced. Was scratched in accident. Feel like they were trying to take short cuts

Thank you to whomever vacuumed my car. We have a lot of dry grass around and it always ends up in my car, so I am very appreciative of the cleaning. I feel as though I have a new car again! Thank you for the great job!!

I felt well informed throughout the process. I know the texts are automatically generated, but I do wish that when the text told me that the car would be ready at 5:51 pm it would have also mentioned that you close at 6 pm.

Received updates on progress, assuring me original pickup date and time were on schedule, 4 pm. At 4:15 that day, I called to make sure I could come get it, but was told it would be ready the following week. I'd made plans, rearranged appointments, etc., based on the expected date, and waited all that day for word that . No call was forthcoming. I was shocked to hear that it would be another week with no car! The repair was done very well, no complaints there.
