Process was straight forward and very timely. Our repair job was done in half the time expected. Updates regarding progress of the job were appreciated. Personnel and appraiser were courteous, professional and a pleasure to do business with.

Larry was wonderful and all the sales associates there were as well! It was very reasonably priced and so quick - I dropped my car off at 7:30 Monday morning and got it back at 4:30 that same day! My rear bumper is fixed and looks so perfect! I'm a loyal customer of Koons - purchased my Pat in Dec. of 2013 at the Koons Tysons Corner location and now had it fixed at Koons Auto Repair. You guys certainly did not let me down! Thanks so much for making this a breeze for me and I will definitely come back if I have any repair issues that need to be tended too!

Peter **** is a great asset to your company. He finished the repairs to my company truck 5 days sooner than guaranteed. Fit and finish were superb. He even cleaned the inside of the vehicle , which really saved me a lot of time from my schedule. If I ever have need of collision repair again, I'll definitely use Joyce Koons , simply because of Peter ****'s excellent customer service.

Excellent in all respects. Everything was clearly explainrf before any work began, we were informed as the work progressed, and the tepairs were so cosmetically perfect that no one would ever suspect the vehicle had been damaged.

I believe that a car should be washed after major damage repairs are completed. My car was filthy at pick up after 3 weeks at shop. Also, each finished job should be walked-through with the technician or adjuster after car is ready for pick up. This didn't happen with me. I also felt like I had to debate what was going to be repaired and what wasn't. Adjuster was curtiuos, but I felt he was more concerned with saving money for my insurance company versus meeting my request for damages to be repaired.
