My only constructive criticism is that a personal call update by advisor is still better than computer updates. I found that these updates were a day or two behind and rather perfunctory. I got answers some times quicker by calling insurance company than you did.
On the other hand, you coomunication with insurers at end was very good.

Sandy Springs office: Everyone was kind and helpful. Russell, Matt, Rob and two lovely ladies in the front. I was constanly being notified of the status of my car. Was called via phone immediately my car was ready.
Buckhead office: my very special thanks to Ryan. Upon seeing that my car was not clean after the repair, he personally drove it to the car wash next door and returned with a shiney, sparkly and spotless vehicle! He went above and beyond to make a customer happy. What outstanding customer service!
