I picked the car up and was told it was running rough. When I started the car, it sounded like a truck, and feels undriveable. I told the service person that it was not like that before it was brought in and was told to take it to the BMW dealer. I have an appointment tomorrow am, but feel that that if the car is not driveable, it should not have been marked as ready for pickup!

Employees were very professional, however, the emails telling me that the estimated completion being a date and 5:20 were misleading each day. I would call and immediately hear back as to status. My car looks good and everyone was very polite. Thank You!

I appreciate the committment to my satisfaction with you guys. I just think there were some areas on my car that lacked a bit on attention to detail. There are some paint marks and the door rattles a bit on the inside when shut. Also the alignment is off, which was a concern of mine from the beginning and the paint has come off a bit on bottom corner of the door already.
