My experience was outstanding. Alisha was very friendly and professional...My car was cleaned inside and out which i didn't expect...The guy that brought me my car explained everything. He answered all of my questions. He was also very professional.. The only problem i had was when i got ready to pull off in the rental. I noticed a warning light on in the car. When i asked the guy why was the light on, he said oh, that means one of the tires are low which he knew about the light before hand. I explained to him that i have to get on the expressway and i didn't want to end up with a flat. He didn't seem concerned at all. He offered me another car, but then said he can put air in the tire which he did. Besides that, i give Classic Collision 10 thumbs up.

Poor communication throughout the entire process. I could never get the person responsible on the phone, few returned phone calls, excessive timeframe for repairs

The work was wonderful however there is a need for better customer communications processes. My name was mis-spelled and I caught it when I got my quote but my email address was misspelled so I didn't receive updates on the progress of my car repairs. Both were due to typos. Frank was very nice but I had to keep calling him. When I call and ask for him I am always asked "who is calling" then put on hold and every time told he was on the phone and to leave a message. Asking who is calling is rude and old school. It should not matter who is calling when you as to speak with a person by name. Frank didn't follow up on phone messages in a timely manner, i.e. Within an hour, so I was always tracking him down myself. Other than these issues, my car looks beautiful.

I love the consistent and daily communication. The guys were very thorough, and their actions showed that they truly care about repairing your vehicle versus trying to get as much money as possible. Also they were very accurate in their estimated completion date. The Car looks amazing.

I would rate CC 5 stars! Although my vehicle only needed a minor repair I was treated like the most valued customer. When I picked up my vehicle it was cleaned inside and out and the repair work look fantastic. I would definitely recommend CC!
