The handover of the vehicle was quick and smooth. The text updates on the status were thorough, maybe slightly excessive but not bothersome. The finished product looks great! It was a nice experience all around!

The heating in the car no longer works but it was fine when it came in to you. Also the bumper repair wasn't lined up properly and the new bumper isn't even trimmed properly at the bottom. I feel it is shoddy work all through.Your quality control ****. The only good thing about your business is Lee Smolen who looked after me extremely well and without whom I believe your business would fall flat on its face. I will be following up with my complaints in person and also to the insurance company because I don't believe anyone will actually respond to this. I will also be putting this online because I think everyone should see a truthful and factual review.

Classic Collision is the best! Unfortunately, I've been hit 3 times during the past year, but Classic has always taken great care of me. The staff is very professional and courteous, and the work is flawless. Special high marks to Lee Smolen, who managed our latest repair project. He is the ultimate professional.
