Beyond satisfied with the whole experience. Lee, I believe was his name took a very stressful situation and made it completely easy for me and not once did I have to worry or lift a finger during the whole process .. I can't stress enough how I wish every one treated their customers like he did and the way you guys do business ... thank you , and I can promise you during these days you guys are far above everyone in customer service !

Final job is good though extra work was need after car was returned to me. The time estimate was terrible. I was told est ****/13 then ****/16 or 17, then ****/19 and finally ready on ****/20. Told would be ready by 3:00 ****/20 when I got car at 4:00, after waiting an hour, more work was needed to be done. Very frustrating! I get that delays and unexpected things happen but I should never have been promised the car as early as I was, then multiple times after. communication was only when I pushed for updates. I asked to speak to manager, Russell, left 2 messages and never received a call back. I hope I don't need repairs again. If I do I Dont think I would try CC again.

Wasn't ready when I came to pick up. Had to make some adjustments. I also need to bring it back so they can fix the headlight. It shines up about 35 degrees. Hope to do this Monday XVI while I wait. Otherwise service was great.

Seamless! Polite! Consistent! Fast! Easy! Above and beyond... I'll be honest, I was dreading dealing with dropping my car off, insurance paperwork, rental car, I expected delays... I was proved wrong 100%. Totally hitchless from the minute I dropped my car off to the easy, fast pick up... oh and the "elected" texts updates while the repairs were being done! I wish everything in life ran this smoothly! Thank you!!
