The radio lights didn't come on when I turned on the lights. I just noticed it when I was driving last night. The dashboard light is fine. It's the red radio lights below the dashboard that's not coming on

Everyone was great, but during the vehicle cleaning they forgot to put my floor matts back, also I feel like the essential customer service when first being walked through the process was not accurate.

Service was completed way earlier than originally stated. The last body shop I went to spent longer doing less work because they shattered the back windshield. Not only did classic collision fix the wreck damage, but they found additional dents i didn't even know existed and worked with me to get a separate estimate for them. I'm pleased with how my car looks now.

The drop off process was the only part of the process that could be improved. At that time, there was no explanation of what would happen to my car, when it would be ready, or any other explanation beyond "insurance company? Sign here."
