Service was fast and efficient, but a smudge was left in the area to be repaired. Don't quite understand that, since the whole purpose was to repair the damage in that area.

Professional and prompt service. Russell gave the original estimate and Tab worked on the car. Both were very knowledgeable and friendly. My complex gate had closed on my car,scratching the side and putting a hole on the right panel. Excellent repair and paint job. Cant even tell! Another worker was courteous enough to check my tires since my low pressure light was on. Best of all, the work was completed in half the time. Will definitely come back and recommend Classic Collision.

Still have repair concerns since theRe is a gap in the front right side of bumper/grille and hood that is more than just slightly visable. Left side is tightER fit.

I like the option to have everything done in one place at one time asapart of the ARX program. Shawn was really nice, very professional and explained exactly what to expect with my repairs. Frank Isi did a great job of getting my car fixed. It looks great . He came in on Saturday morning so I could pick up my car. He and another gentleman I think his name is Daniel (ask Frank to be sure) assisted me with a broken interior knob. I wanted to know if they new how I could get a replacement . They quickly repaired it with a special glue. Thanks for going the second mile, a rare event in today's busy world.

Received call my car was ready for pick up- Get to the shop and the passenger side bumper was not attached correct. Brought my car home and the driver side bumper is not attached correctly. My gear shift knob in my car was pulled out(glued or not) that was not the way my car was brought into to the shop. The General Mgr-Russell was rude and clearly has no customer service skills. No, apology for the additional 3 years I had to sit and wait for my car. I will be bring it back tomorrow for my bumper to be fixed Correctly!

Your repair team carefully and accurately diagnosed the problems involved in what I orginally thought was a scrape on my front bumper. Not so sensors involved. Since the repairs on my Lexus has been made, I found that the park assist is now working, the mirrors fold as they should and there are interior lights that have come on that I did not notice before. The lights may not have had anything to do with the scrape but -- hey, they are working. Thank you, thank you. Cherie W

The whole team was great. My repair was done days quicker than expected, and I was updated throughout the whole process. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new. Thanks for making what could have been a huge headache go incredibly smooth. From the day of my accident to picking up my car took under a week. Thanks to Classic Collision, Geico, and Enterprise, for taking such great care of your customers. Glad to know customer service isn't dead!

There was an issue with the paint running under the seal (topcoat) which caused the car to stay in your shop an extra day. Other than that, the customer service has truly been impeccable.
