I was completely satisfied with the work done; However, an offer to look at and maybe address/ provide a quote on other items noticed on the vehicle would have been well received...and a nice touch. Especially since the vehicle was out of commission for several days anyway. It could have been communicated seperately from the claim

I keep forgetting to call while you're open, but there's a missing guard or liner in the wheel-well. I need to come back and get one of those installed. Other than that, I was very very pleased with my experience.

My car was fixed in the timeframe I was told, cleaned, and really taken care of! Also, the rental was easy to get and return due to Enterprise being located there. I enjoyed my experience!

My experience with classic collision was awesome! The that I had handling my was on perfect from sending me update emails to ordering parts for my car. Ben and his team (Grant,Btooke,Jennifer and Erin) was just phenomenal there was no question they could not answer for me. I really appreciated the professionalism they showed me and the dedication they put fourth on giving quality not quantity. From my experience with this team I would give them all raises but since I can't do that I hope this comment brings them great fortune on there they are really true professionals. It was amazing how fast and efficient the process was - having Geico and Enterprise right there was the ultimate in making an unnerving process less of a problem. I hope the other person in the accident that damaged my car got the same level of efficient service in her repairs. Hopefully, we won't need these services again. But if we do, we'll be back.
