The car was returned to me with a part left unrepaired. I was told that I would get a call within a few days to have it fixed and then nothing. The door that was replaced was done and it still has issues. A front bumper piece that was replaced fell off a few days ago. Unfortunately, this repair was totally unacceptable. I'm truly surprised at the lack of attention to detail as in the past we used you many years ago and were very happy. Vicki ****-****-xxxx

The work was done well. I do think you don't need to call me daily with updates. The only other item was after driving off, I heard a "rattle" in the back. When I stopped, there was a random loose part caught between the truck bed & the cab that rattled over any bounce. Very minor issue. I will be back

I was very happy this time with the communication about my repairs! I had at least 3 updates this week.Justin handled everything and was very pleasant and helpful.also,in addition to my repairs asked if they could please attach my Braves license plate & frame(birthday present) and they did!
