My vehicle was in your shop for an extended period of time. The service we experienced during that time frame was outstanding!! My car looks almost brand new!! Al ****demonstrated patience, understanding of our requests regarding the repair and extreme kindness!!! He never tried to sway us against any request we had for the car repair. He met us on Saturdays in order to accommodate our schedule. He often sent emails after hours! I cannot say enough good things about Al!! Megan Campbell was also very responsive and attentive to our needs!!! I can recommend Classic Collision Sandy Springs without hesitation to anyone who might need your services! You guys missed your own deadline by days ; tons of miscommunication after you missed the date - got conflicting updates on the status ; finally , once the car was fixed , I was asked that if I wanted the car sooner I need to call geico to clear the paperwork ; the ONLY reason I came to you is because Geico said it has a business relationship with you guys. You need to train your advisor (Aaron) customer service . Body shop work is a commodity the only that separates your work from others is customer service . Delays happen but when the advisor says he will update by end of day and does not , it is an issue.

It appears that something is wrong with the parking sensors. The front sensor will occasionally chime when there is nothing in front of me. Please call me about this!!

My airbag light is on now, and my speaker cover is dented. Also, I think if you're painting / blending any panel it should not have flaws left in it when you're done. Geico's standard for what you're paid to do, and what standard you accept may not align, but it seems like you have the final say as far as what quality standards you maintain, and you should discuss that with the Customer.
