Kayla is particularly impressive as very friendly, eager to help, and professional. The updates are helpful. Tab is always equally professional, helpful & friendly. Scheduling the estimate and then the work was a bit bumpy. Overall, I appreciate the great overall service y'all provide. Sadly, I know that since this is about my 4th time there! Excellent service. But it took 5 weeks and i was promised 2 weeks. The Audi specialist left town in the middle of the job to go to Utah for training. Terrible coordination. I was in no rush to get the job done so i should have been told to wait til he got back. Instead i was bitterly dissapointed in the unreasonable delay and i was offered NO accommodation. In fact when i picked up my Audi and dropped off my Mercedes SL63 for a bumper repair and that should have been on the house cause of the delay. It wasn't. But the work was excellent. Nuf said. Everyone was great to deal with, from Tab to your receptionist to Megan to Kayla. I was joking with my wife that our BMW X6 now looks like it just rolled off the assembly line in Spartanburg! Thanks so much for turning an aggravating accident into an enjoyable outcome.

I will never go anywhere else. I was treated with so much more respect than at ABRA. The Associate that helped to process my car was nice and talked me thru the new automated system they were currently being trained to use. He used his phone the entire time and showed me how seamless it was take pictures and notes that showed up instantly in there database inside. It was pretty cool to watch. He even found things ABRA did not but were pretty obvious once he pointed them out to me. The team was prompt in answering my questions. I especially liked being able to email or text when I needed something. They were even accommodating by sending a picture of my car during the process. My car was surprisingly cleaned inside and out. They even did a better job than my Lexus dealership. Job well done.
