Headlights were supposed to be fixed. Was told if we bought the headlights the body shop would put them in. It shouldn't be up to us to fix or buy something from being hit. It's not a big deal but it is something that we will have to incur for no reason.

Being updated at first, via txt was great. Would of been nice to have a more definitive time frame of completion date/time. Other than that, personnel was great and, more importantly, the end result. My car looks fantastic!! Thanks :)

When I arrived to pick up my automobile, the receptionist told me that someone would be with me shortly. I ended up waiting quite a long time in order to pay my deductible and get the keys and a briefing about the final work done on my auto. The environment didn't seem too professional.
