Tony is such an awesome communicator, explaining where things were daily. It was done when it was expected to be, it looks amazing and working through insurance was a breeze! Getting the rental was super convenient also! Thanks for everything and A customer service from check in to pick up!

I was called to pickup my vehicle Friday. But, after a walk around inspections. Founded out the vehicle was not completed.I had to return the following Monday, to pickup my vehicle. It was complete early. But, I was notified prematurely in regards to the completion of the entire job. The vehicle has a small scratch on the side rear panel, where there was no damage prior to me taking it to TriState. I will have to return to have that buffed to remove the scratch. The experience was not good at all. Please let me know if this feedback, will help make other customers, a lot less inconvenienced? Thanks for the opportunity to share.
