Almost everything was wonderful. The only thing I would give a 9 instead of a 10 is communication. I was still getting emails as late as Friday morning that my car would be ready on 12 May. I then got back to work on Monday morning to a phone message that said the car was ready Friday. It was not a big deal as I couldn't have picked up the car Friday anyway. It just was a bit confusing. So a 99.9% instead of a 100%.

After picking my car up I drove less than 2 miles and heard rattling. Clearly something was lose and my passenger lock/unlock button was not working when it was before i dropped it off. I came to pick up my car three times and had to leave it due to damages still on the car. You guys had my car for 45 days and insured me three times my car was ready to find out it wasn't. The third time was enough for me. I been to this particular shop twice before and never had this happen. I probably will not be returning to this shop in the future if needed because of this very experience. Need to step it up guys!

Tony was great, and the updates through every phase were helpful. However, I do have feedback. First, your company policy, as told to me in the check in, check out, and by Tony is not in writing. I was very surprised though Tony did everything to make it right. This is a reflection on your company, NOT the employees. Second, when I left the center I noticed that my car gave me three messages: check the emissions, check running lights, and check my all wheel drive. How is this possible when it was a minor dent/scratch on the passenger door only? I will now have to take the time to ensure all systems check out. No warning from your staff that items may be triggered. I assume this may be a cause of some interruptions to the electrical system? I expect to be contacted in regard to this.
