Tri state was able to handle this repair quickly and with little fanfare. I am from out of town and working here and the quick turn on this damage repair made it possible for me to continue in a normal mode.

The rear end repair looks good but the job took two weeks longer than estimated. In addition the rear turn and brake lights were not connected when I picked up my vehicle. The facility was neat and clean. They used text messages to provide status on the work. The staff were polite and friendly.

Tony was marvelous. The frequent updates were also a nice touch. Unfortunately, the repairs were not acceptable on the first inspection/pickup date, so I had to leave it another week.

Appreciate you cleaned and vacuumed my car, and did the job well. When I dropped the car off, was told it would probably be the next day, then paperwork said 3 days. This forced me to make arrangements for transportation for the additional two days, but it turned out it was ready on the first day. I don't understand the confusion and it was a bit of an inconvenience but I'll get over it.
