I've never worked with a more professional group. They were friendly, competent and willing to go the extra mile to ensure i was satisfied. There was a glitch but my service manager Mike took steps to quickly resolve it. I'm totally satisfied with the service i received and will definitely recommend you to my friends and family. I also have to commend Enterprise for being equally professional in the way they took care of my rental car needs.

Shop was great about staying in touch but calls and texts contradicted each other. I had to reschedule work and cancel clients to arrange for car pickup, only to be told at last minute that "it's just not ready." This happened several times. Pickup needs to be arranged in advance, not at the last moment with the client being told "wait until I call you in case it's not ready." I don't work in this area and had to stay home and wait for that call, just in case. I lost work time and billable hours for several days. Car was promised for a Friday, but wasn't ready until late following Thursday, and each day I was told to be ready to pick it up next day, then got last minute call or text that it needed more time. Very frustrating!

When I dropped off my car, I checked to make sure the payment from my insurance company had been received (it had according to the woman at the front desk.) But when I came to pick up the car, my invoice said "customer pays total". No one in the office at that time could locate the payment from USAA and I had to provide it from a screen shot from the USAA app on my phone. Also no one knew where my car was parked, and initially I was just sent out to look for it in a dark parking lot carrying all my belongings that I had removed from the rental car. I went back inside to request help when I could not locate the car quickly because I didn't want to wander around in the dark by myself.

My car looked great when I picked it up. I appreciated the updates from Tony (Body shop) keeping me apprised of the progress on my car. When there was a day delay in picking up my car I was advised of that and the reason why. That I did appreciate.

It was really miss managed. First it took 4 weeks, then it being a prius you have to be careful with switching off its lights. All electric systems get effected. It was sitting waiting on payment and seemed had lights on for days. I have been having issues since I got it. had to jump start it twice.
Respect for others property did not seem a priority, no information as things moved along, now I have some sort of sound coming from the front, and might have to get it back in. still giving it a day to see if that goes away.
Bottom-line: very badly managed.
