Repair time was very efficient.I dropped my car off Oct 30 and it was ready for pick up Nov 5. I am so pleased with the the repairs, body work and paint job. The staff are very professional and helpful. The overall total experience was comfortable, and from the moment I dropped my car off, I knew it was in good hands. Thank you Apple Ford Body Shop!!!????

The repairs took outrageously long, I was not informed of a time estimate until my car had been there for a weekend and just to add to the complaints a piece of my key fob was broken off when my keys were returned to me.
