I've been very satisfied with the work that your body shop has done. So much so that you're my first choice and autobody shops. I've worked with Eric since the first time my Mustang was rear-ended and the front crushed under a SUV. he's professional makes time for me and get things taken care of

Repair was excellent but I expected the car to be washed and vacuumed out. Plus my battery eas dead because an interior light was left on. AAA had to be called so I could take my car home. Earlier repairs at this shop did not have these complications. I hope this may not be the new way of doing business at this shop or I will have to use another.

I was 98% satisfied. The only issue I had was some pieces of broken glass that remained in the passenger seat. Other than that I was thoroughly pleased with the communication and the quality of the work.

The lights weren't secured inside the back bumper and the Front bumper had new scratches that had occurred in the shop thus the car needed to stay until fixed costing geico another day of rental and I needed to leave my job early again to pick up the car. Apple Ford Quality procedures and care comes to my mind. Not sure that I could recommend Apple ford.

There's a small obvious scratch on the repaired part of the bumper. Taking it back to Tri-State on Monday to see if it can be buffed out. II pointed it out to service rep when picked up.

Honestly everything went great. Outside of the car looked like brand new. The only thing was on the inside of the car there was dirt and some crap on rear door. The passenger seat had some dirt on it for some reason.
