I had to return to get stuff fixed that were not handled correctly the first time. I was unable to pick up on the 2nd attempt because the door sash and the door itself were not even. I had to return for a 3rd time to get the car right. The inspection process seems very poor. These should get identified before I get notified to pick up the car. I was disappointed to have had to make multiple visits.

From start to finish, Tony kept me informed daily of the progress and status. He worked closely with the insurance company, making it a breeze for us. The end result, the car damage was gone and the repairs looked perfect. And completion was earlier than originally estimated. Thank you Tony! Thank you Tristate!
