Was contacted twice (on two different days) telling me the repair job was complete, only to find they were still waiting on parts both times. Receptionist was incredulous when I insisted on examining the work before signing for the car. The repair shop has squandered their credibility.

I appreciated all the people who helped me. Everyone had a smile and were supportive. They kept me updated on the progress of the car. The car was completed the day they said it would be done and the car looks beautiful. I would use them again and would recommend 1st Certified to friends.
